Olympism and the International Olympic Academy

As you have seen on my Instagram, In June I attended the International Olympic Academy (IOA) in Greece, and I want to share my experience and some takeaways.

My name is Mariya Koroleva and I am a 2-time Olympian in synchronized swimming, I am passionate about sharing my experience as an elite athlete and starting the conversation about things that are not often talked about in the sports community. The blog is a space where I dive into topics like motivation, mental and physical health, and developing the skills you need to be successful in sport and in life!
